If you are not going to be home, then as long as we have access to the treatable areas we can continue in your absence. We always leave your property as we find it; shutting gates and locking them if possible. Like many customers do, we can record any gate codes securely in our system and make them available to the only technician that requires it.

We send out Upcoming Visit Notifications 14 days prior to the visit stating what we plan to carry out on arrival. An SMS reminder will also be sent 7 days prior to the visit. Following the visit an After Service Report is issued within 48hrs stating what we have done and any recommendations. Technicians are also required to take pictures at every visit.

A monthly payment plan is set up from the month you start until December of the same year. You can choose to cancel your services at any point within a year and you’ll only have to pay the remaining balance for any services already carried out. There is no cancellation charge.
